Having a party or some friends over for a catch up? These literally take minutes to prepare and make! These cheesecake stuffed strawberries couldn’t be easier! I’ve seen so many versions out there on the internet but this has to be my favorite… Ingredients List: strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and graham crackers.
Depending on how ripe your berries are, you can prep these ahead of time too. If they are still quite firm then they should last couple days in the refrigerator without leaking juices all over the place and dissolving the cheesecake centers. Click the link below for the full recipe and directions….
