Children at this age are probably able to dress themselves, brush their teeth, and comb their hair. If they aren’t doing these things on their own, I’d encourage you to start by teaching them those chores first. You really need to exaggerate what a “good job” you’re doing to kids. If you’re showing them how to wipe the table, scrub every little piece of food off. Be energetic, upbeat and show them exactly what’s expected.
