The demands and time constraints working mothers face sometimes make it nearly impossible to find time for fitness. Using the following strategies, working mothers can find the time to sneak fitness into their daily routine! Exercise is an important part of my life because of what it does for me personally. Kickboxing helps me relieve stress, makes me feel good about myself, and since I’ve become a mom, it’s one of the few things I do these days that’s all my own! 

We all have the same number of hours in a day and comes down to how you choose to spend your time.  It’s not always easy, and just because I exercise regularly doesn’t mean I jump out of bed all excited and energized to work out!!! I have to drag myself out of bed pretty much most days, and I admit, sometimes my workout doesn’t happen. BUT I do the best I can! Fitness does not have to take a backseat to motherhood. With a little creativity and time-saving tricks, you can take advantage of the little time you have to incorporate fitness and well-being.
