Vacationing in Cornwall, England has put me in a sea glass craft mood. The stuff is so beautiful, and I love that it is just waiting on the beaches to be harvested. Sea glass, also referred to as beach glass, comes in a variety of colors and is used to create gorgeous art, jewelry and home decor.
Most of the pieces I use have come from old harbors, shipwrecks and general tourist littering. High tide after a storm is the best time to beach comb, as all the pieces will have been dislodged from the seabed and pushed up the beach.
