Paleo Fruit and Nut Bread
One of the more frequent requests we get from readers and Facebook followers is for a paleo bread recipe. So we’ve been looking for for a paleo friendly bread recipe from our favorite bloggers and food sites. We found this one, which also includes nuts… YUM!
What You Will Need:
- bananas
- large eggs
- unrefined coconut oil
- almond flour
- baking powder
- salt
- flax seeds
- chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, and hazelnuts.)
- chopped dried fruits (apricots, figs, cranberries, dates, pineapple, and blueberries.)
You can easily adjust the recipe with your favorite nuts and seeds just keep the ratio. I love dried fruit and a little cardamom, because that is just is so tasty! ENHOY!
