Mushroom Potatoes with Creamy Parmesan and Garlic Sauce
The easiest side dish you will ever have to make – I won’t judge you if you start slurping on that creamy sauce. You certainly don’t want that sauce to go to waste! Mushroom potatoes are such a delicious dish. The seasonings styled just right gives a very meaty flavor to the mushrooms making this a vegan and vegetarian win. I just eat food that tastes amazing, so if you are vegan you might need to adjust the recipe just a bit.
Sauteed the mushrooms and potatoes together and then add the oil and garlic sauce. Just before serving toss in some parmesan! Try it out this weekend and let me know what you think. We loved it and even my 3 year old asked for seconds!
