Butter Pecan Cookies
I love butter pecan cookies; I love the way they melt in your mouth; I love the taste of pecans, and of course the taste of butter.
This recipe calls for; Diamond of California chopped pecans, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar (or dark brown), eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.
