Caprese-Stuffed Portobellos
I love the large portobello mushroom caps because basically you can stuff them with almost anything you want resulting in a beautiful meal that you created in no time. These are filled with a creamy mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and topped with basil! Just waiting to be demolished at any point in time!
You don’t need a bunch of ingredients to make them and you feel totally satisfied after you’ve eaten them. What you will need: portobello mushrooms, butter, cloves garlic, salt and pepper to taste, mozzarella balls, grape tomatoes, fresh basil and Balsamic reduction.
