Easy Grasshopper Pie

Grasshopper Pie is the perfect Green dessert for St Patrick’s day, and for good reason! It’s creamy, light, fluffy and packed with amazing mint flavor and crushed Mint Oreo pieces. The whole thing is refrigerated until set, so there is some waiting time – plan ahead if making for a BBQ or party! I haven’t had this pie in years and the minty and chocolaty flavor is perfect for the lovely spring days we are enjoying right now. I love the combination of mint and chocolate any time of the year!
