It’s sweet, it’s fiery, it’s one of those ‘where has this been all my life’ tastes. It’s hot pepper honey, and it’s real good too! The spicy hot peppers provide an explosion in a jar of sweet honey!
It’s perfect to spread over a Gorgonzola sandwich, a toast of bread with butter or as a salad dressing to tomato peppermint salad. Use it in salad dressings, on cheese, or in glazes for meats, fish or vegetables. Even put some in your mint or lemon tea, especially if you have got a cold (It works!).
