Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (or flour of your choice)
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon sucanat or brown sugar
- 1½ cups warm water
Water Bath:
- 2 quarts water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unbleached pure cane sugar
