Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes

Why does everything taste better when in cupcake form? Maybe it’s because you don’t feel as guilty if you eat one or two (or three!)? The cake portion is golden, buttery, and tenderly moist. The topping is none other than a beautifully rich chocolate ganache, drizzled as generously as you wish. It sets upon cooling, transforming into a rich, fudgy layer on top. I will not sugar coat it, this is a bit of a hard cupcake to make. However when you do make them, all of the work will be worth it!
