California Breakfast Casserole
I find if I have a great breakfast to look forward to in the morning, I tend to have a little more hustle and bustle in my step than normal. Any breakfast, like this California Breakfast Casserole, will definitely get me moving fast so I can enjoy it! TIP: If some of your family members do not care for tomatoes or avocados, you can always make 1/2 of the casserole just sausage and cheese. Then everyone is happy
What you will need: Precooked breakfast sausage patties, thawed, sliced tomatoes, sliced avocados, eggs, milk, hash browns, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and extra cheddar cheese for topping.
