Cheesy Bacon, Corn and Pepper Bread
This is quickly becoming a new favorite in my household because it’s easy to make and pairs well with so many dishes. Serving it with soup or chili is a no-brainer, but I also enjoy it with steak, chicken, and pork chops. And sometimes I like to change it up a little bit by adding in different spices- Spanish-style smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin are some of my favorites.
This is a very flexible recipe. Feel free to stir in some jalapenos for extra heat or fresh chives or scallions for a bit of fresh onion flavor.
