The end product is savory, cheesy, sweet, tangy, and refreshing – a blend of flavors and textures that come together so beautifully and complementing one another so perfectly! What you’ll need: 4 – 5-to-6-ounce thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 6-ounce ball fresh mozzarella, cut into 8 slices, 4 avocado slices, 2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced, 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze and ⅓ cup basil, cut into thin ribbons.
