Chicken Fajita Stuffed Peppers
How amazing do those colorful Fajita Stuffed Bell Peppers look? And that’s nothing compared to how they tasted! It’s an easy and delicious dinner that you can whip up on a weekday or on a weekend. All together, it takes about 45 minutes to make.
What you will need: dry brown rice, red, yellow, orange or green bell peppers, yellow onion, garlic, canola oil, chicken, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Tomatoes with green chiles, black beans, frozen corn, fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, monterey jack cheese, Sour cream and Mexican style hot sauce (such as Tapatio or Cholula, optional).
