Coca-Cola Meatballs

Personally I think it’s the carbonation, but the season and flavor of Coke mixes so well with meat that it also can be used as a season. When I came across this strange recipe, I actually wasn’t surprised to see a can of Coke in the mix. This recipe for Cola Meatballs is a classic one that combines cola and ketchup to make a marvelous meatball sauce.
I went ahead and whipped up some marinara sauce and spaghetti noodles and got to making the ball of meat. The recipe is scrumptious, it makes a good meatball that molds perfectly into an Italian dish. I can’t actually believe I am saying this! YUM! Take a look at the recipe here.
