Cowboy Butter
This butter is not only the perfect condiment to put on hot, seared steak, it also has a handful of other uses. Melt it down and sauté veggies or shrimp, use it to rub on your grilled corn or even spread it on a piece of warm bread. It won’t go to waste… that is for sure!
I’m usually a rib-eye or filet girl… but I gave t-bone steak a go and it was an experience! Utterly delicious! What you will need: 1 cup salted butter (2 sticks), 1/4 cup finely minced fresh parsley, A pinch of red pepper flakes, A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper, 1 clove garlic, finely minced, juice and zest of ½ lemon.
