Crock Pot Pumpkin Butter
I don’t know who came up with the name but for those of you that don’t know… Pumpkin Butter has no butter in it. No dairy of any kind. Discuss. Seriously though, it’s just that it’s thick like butter I guess? So, this week Sue will show you how to make Crock Pot Pumpkin Butter and it seriously couldn’t be any easier!
What you will need:
- pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- sugar
- apple cider (or apple juice)
- ground ginger
- ground cinnamon
- allspice
- freshly ground nutmeg
- vanilla paste or the seeds of a vanilla bean
