Delicious Home Made French Apple Jam
Autumn has always been my favorite season of the year, so I welcome the fall season with open arms! This is a recipe from Sue (The View from Great Island) This jam definitely tastes like apples, it’s chunky but light and is flavored with cardamom. The jam is a beautiful golden color, but don’t worry Sue promises this recipe does not taste like apple sauce!
