DIY Instant & Healthy Oatmeal packets
I love the convenience of the instant oatmeal packets sold in grocery stores, but I do not like the cost of it! I eat it for breakfast probably five days a week and so does my daughter, so we get through a lot. It’s a very healthy fuel to get your motor running for the day, plus it can be very tasty if it’s made well. When you make your own, they can either be plain and unflavored or you can add an endless variety of fruits, nuts, and other fun flavors!
You can make a load in advance too, keep on hand for those busy mornings (which is me everyday!) You can mix these oatmeal packets with hot water and enjoy a healthy hot breakfast, you can even take them to work or on trips. These are easy to make, and are gluten-free and dairy-free!
