Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Thank heavens for pasta dishes!! We have them at least once a week. Why? They are always delicious and they are loved by the entire family, from the hubby down to my 6 year old. You can’t really go wrong with noodles, tons of cheese and chicken, right?!
‘ If you’ve seen recipes for chicken tetrazzini before and thought it looked too complicated, don’t worry. We’re not going to mess around with sautéing fresh mushrooms or whipping up a béchamel sauce from scratch. We’re just going to open up a couple of cans of cream soup and whisk them together with sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, and salt and pepper. ‘
When you bake this pasta casserole, some of the sauce bakes into the pasta, you’ll know what I mean when you try it. This is ridiculously good, easy to prepare, kid friendly, reheats well and freezer safe. You’re welcome my lovelies!
