Glazed Lemon Zucchini Bread

Truth be told, i’m not a zucchini lover. it’s okay and all as a side dish, but definitely not a favorite. However, this pretty quick-bread is super easy and wonderfully lemon-y! I couldn’t help myself, I had to share this recipe with you guys! I LOVE lemon flavor everything!
What you will need: cake flour, salt, baking powder, eggs, canola oil, sugar, lemon juice, buttermilk, lemon zest and zucchini. Glaze ingredients: powdered sugar, lemon juice and milk. For the full recipe and directions, check out the recipe right here – enjoy!
