Homemade Soft Pretzels
Soft pretzels are so much easier than you think! This recipe will take you little time and effort. Top them with salt, cinnamon-sugar, and dunk in your favorite pretzel dips. YUM! These are just like the ones you get at the fair! Most recipes leave out the very important step of boiling before baking. You must do this to achieve the right results.
What You Will Need:
- all-purpose flour
- active dry yeast
- warm water
- honey (or granulated sugar)
- kosher salt
- vegetable oil
- water
- baking soda
- egg
- butter
- large grain salt for sprinkling (optional)
- cinnamon sugar for sprinkling (optional)
