Lemon Cream Cheese Muffins

The breakfast that we have been waiting for has arrived. Because I love lemon. And cream cheese. And any excuse to make a muffin! Our usual breakfast consists of delicious bacon, eggs, multi flavored pancakes and waffles, biscuits covered in rich gravy, and even choice cereal and breakfast pizza! These all have a wonderful place in our morning routine. But now I have found this… cream cheese filled lemon muffins!
