Mushroom Stroganoff Skillet-Style
Stroganoff screams comfort food and certainly kills those cravings! It’s so creamy you will want to stuff your face into the bowl! (Don’t judge! I have a huge stroganoff addiction… there are worse things to be addicted to!) What you will need: butter, olive oil, shallot, garlic gloves, mushrooms, all-purpose flour, white wine, vegetable broth, Italian flat-leaf parsley, black pepper and kosher salt.
It goes amazingly well with whatever carb you want to serve it with – pasta, quinoa, bulgur, whatever. My favourite is rice, especially white rice (even though I usually prefer brown rice) – the juices soak right into it and it gets so full of flavour. Love it! Check out the recipe here.
