Ooooh, this chicken is so yummy! Though my family loves fried chicken, we rarely make it because it’s so unhealthy. But this oven-fried chicken is fantastic and not at all greasy. I just love the flavor from the Parmesan cheese and the nice crunch from the panko bread crumbs on my chicken, and I love that I don’t have to worry about all the calories and fat from “real” fried chicken!
