Peanut Butter Banana Belgian Waffles
with Dark Chocolate
Although the Belgian waffle has enjoyed success overseas for centuries, the dish didn’t make its American debut until the 1962 World’s Fair in Seattle. Just about everyone in the world loves these sweet treats, and food lovers are constantly coming up with new ways to improve them. I was going to just make peanut butter banana waffles, but I saw this recipe and decided to try the chocolate chips too!
