Pecan Pie Cheesecake
Cheesecake and Pecan Pie together in one dessert. How could anything be better? This outrageously good Pecan Pie Cheesecake has a crust made from vanilla wafer crumbs, a nutty and sweet pecan pie layer topped off with a cool and creamy cheesecake layer.
This recipe calls for….. For the Crust: vanilla wafer crumbs, brown sugar and unsalted butter. For the Pecan Filling: sugar, dark corn syrup, unsalted butter, large eggs, pecans and vanilla extract. For the Cheesecake Filling: cream cheese, light brown sugar, all-purpose flour, large eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract. For the Topping: unsalted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, heavy whipping cream and toasted pecans.
