Peppermint Cookie Bars

Peppermint is the best holiday flavor for Christmas! My family LOVE it! These cookie bars are really simple to whip up and take less than 45 minutes – start to finish! Wrap them up in a holiday tin and give to someone special for the holidays! This recipe calls for: all purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, butter, egg yolk, vanilla extract, semi sweet chocolate chips, peppermint candies/ holiday m&ms and candy canes.
