Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Cupcakes
I came across this recipe the other day and decided I am going to go for it. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Cupcakes are just way too good to pass up. They are just as easy as any other cupcake. This recipe calls for: all purpose flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, salt, can pumpkin, granulated sugar, packed brown sugar, large eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. The cream cheese is made in a different bowl and, before baking, is added to the tops of each cupcake.
Every October (sometimes in September) I am so excited when Starbucks get out their Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins. Banana bread and coffee cake is just not the same! I want my pumpkin muffin! Now I can make my own! Take a look at the recipe here.
