What You Will Need: Streusel Topping: Butter, Flour and Brown Sugar. Muffins: Milk, Sunflower oil, Vanilla, Egg, Self-Raising Flour, White Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Frozen Berries – Redcurrants and Elderberries. If you can’t find fresh red currants, these muffins are delicious just with blueberries. They are also fantastic with blackberries, and would probably be great with raspberries, peaches, mangoes, and any other fruit that’s in season.
