Feeling you may experience:

- tearful easily
- numb, empty and full of despair
Behavior you may experience:
- cut myself off from others and can’t ask for help
- self-harming
- difficult to speak
Physical symptoms you may experience:
- physical aches and pains with no obvious physical cause
- moving very slowly
- using more tobacco, alcohol or other drugs than usual
- difficulty sleeping
Thoughts you may experience:
- no self-confidence or self-esteem
- negative thoughts
- future seems bleak
