Just look at it. Is your mouth watering yet? This is the best coconut cake you’ll ever make…or eat if you can convince someone else to do the baking. Coconut cake is a southern tradition. I can still remember how much I looked forward to it during the holidays. My nan would make it often but I could always count on it for Easter!
Underneath the coconut buttercream icing is a tender and fluffy white cake made with coconut milk and coconut flavoring. A light filling of buttercream and whipped cream in between each layer of cake. All together it’s a coconut lover’s dream come true. Check out the recipe here.
