Spiced Honey Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
The pumpkin season is on its way, and along with it all of the wonderful pumpkin recipes. Pumpkin cookies are the greatest but the best snack by far are pumpkin seeds. If you find yourself pumpkin picking, save some of the seeds and try out this recipe! This is a recipe for a type of savory season for pumpkin seeds. It also tells you how to best cook them. The seasoning is spicy so you should adjust to your taste or to your family’s tastes.
Really the most tedious part of the process is separating the seeds from the flesh, once you’ve done that it’s a piece of cake. You will want to rinse the seeds off, and then place them on a paper towel and blot them dry. What I do is leave mine on the paper towel on the counter overnight so they can dry out.
